Where are you located?

We are located in Singapore, but we meet the needs of car owners as far as Sri Lanka and China.

The vast majority of our parts are sourced directly from British suppliers.

Genuine parts are Jaguar-Land Rover branded and sourced directly from JLR. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are made by and sourced from the same manufacturers that supplies JLR. Hence, OEM and Genuine parts are usually of similar quality.

Aftermarket parts are not produced by JLR or OEM manufacturers. They offer a more economical substitute for Genuine/OEM parts when available. Quite often, they also produce upgrades, accessories and customizations not available from JLR/OEM.

We do not keep stock for Jaguar models, but are able to indent required parts at competitive prices in a timely manner.

There are more than 60 000 parts on our internal catalogue. Please contact us directly if the parts you seek are not found on our website.

What are the payment options available?

We accept bank transfer, PayNow and PayLah!. Credit Card payment is also accepted subject to a 2% surcharge.

Quoted prices are not inclusive of GST.

GST is not applicable for foreign customers.

We are confident that our prices are competitive as they are. However, if you are looking to buy in bulk, contact us directly and we can always work something out.

What is the usual lead time?

A good estimate would be 1-2 weeks upon placing of orders.

Where is a VIN?

VIN stands for Vehicle Identification Number. It is a serial code that is unique to your vehicle.

Even between vehicles of the same models, there can be differences. As such, to ensure that the parts you purchase will fit your vehicle, the VIN is crucial.

From the outside of your vehicle, look through the bottom left side of your windscreen. It should consist of 18 alpha-numeric characters. If you still cannot find it, contact us directly.

We do not perform installation in-house. However, we have several partner workshops who are able to. This can all be arranged with us when you make a purchase.

Return/ refund policy

Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, it will only be entertained if it is due to a fault on our part.

We do accept trade-in for certain parts. Please contact us directly for more information. We also offer consignment services.
